This special bottling of Korbel Brut is made from 100% organically grown grapes from some of the premier vineyards in California. In the glass, it delivers well-integrated aromas and flavors of apple, pear and white peaches. The finish is medium-dry, with a slight savory note at the end. Excellent with chicken, seafood and Asian cuisine. Complements fruit and mild cheese.

Dry (only 1% dosage) and elegant, this has a pale straw color, smells like golden cherries with a touch of dried herbs and tastes crisp and lemony. Nicely balanced, it has tiny bubbles and a tingly texture.
